Amit Malviya Targets Rahul Gandhi Over 'Pro-Pakistan' Remarks; Sparks BJP-Congress Clash

BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya launched a fierce online attack on Rahul Gandhi, sharing two "exposé" posts with photos linking the Congress leader to Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir. In one image, Rahul’s half-face is juxtaposed with Munir’s, captioned “Divided by borders, united by agenda.” Malviya accused Rahul of speaking Pakistan’s language and failing to congratulate PM Modi on the success of Operation Sindoor, instead questioning how many Indian aircraft were lost. He sarcastically asked if Rahul would now receive Pakistan’s top civilian honour, "Nishan-e-Pakistan." The BJP compared him to Mir Jafar, a historical traitor, sparking a strong Congress counterattack. Congress questioned External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar’s stance on Pakistan and China, while defending Rahul’s queries as patriotic and necessary. The political battle intensified, with both parties exchanging poster wars over nationalism, Pakistan links, and military accountability.
