Waqf case: Nobody has right over government land even under waqf by user principle, Centre to SC

The Centre argued in the Supreme Court that no one can claim rights over government land and defended the Waqf Amendment Act, 2025. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta stated the law is constitutional with secular regulation.
