Aam Aadmi Clinics: Healthcare at Your Doorstep – A Gift of Wellness from the Mann Government

In a state where hope meets action, the Maan Government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is turning dreams into reality, one neighbourhood at a time. With a clear vision for Swasth Punjab, Sukhi Punjab, Samriddh Punjab, the launch of the Aam Aadmi Clinics has emerged as a transformative step towards accessible and equitable healthcare for all.

Launched With the People at Heart

On August 15, 2022, the Mann Government inaugurated this public welfare initiative by opening 75 clinics across Punjab. Since then, the journey has been nothing short of a healthcare revolution. In less than two and a half years, over 881 Aam Aadmi Clinics have been set up across the state, bringing free and quality healthcare services to the doorsteps of millions.

These clinics were launched with one simple yet powerful goal, to ensure that every citizen, whether in a village or a city, has access to dignified, dependable, and cost-free healthcare, close to home.

Relieving the Pressure, Healing with Dignity

From routine checkups to essential treatments and medicines, these clinics are helping people avoid long hospital queues for minor illnesses and offering timely, compassionate care. With services like diagnostics, consultations, and free medicines, all delivered with efficiency and empathy, Aam Aadmi Clinics are easing both medical and financial burdens for the people of Punjab.

So far, over 3 crore citizens have availed healthcare services through these clinics. Every day, more than 70,000 people walk into an Aam Aadmi Clinic and walk out with hope, healing, and a renewed sense of trust in public health infrastructure.

Healthcare That Makes the World Take Notice

The world is watching. The Aam Aadmi Clinic model has garnered international acclaim and was declared the "World’s Most Replicable Healthcare Model" at the Global Health Summit in Nairobi, where 82 countries participated. More than 40 nations have expressed keen interest in adopting this people-first model.

Investing in Wellness for a Stronger Tomorrow

The Mann Government’s commitment to public health is not just a promise, it's backed by action and investment. For the financial year 2025-26, the Punjab Government has allocated ₹268 crore to ensure that Aam Aadmi Clinics continue to run seamlessly and serve the people with even greater efficiency.

More Than Clinics—They’re Catalysts for Change

These are not just health centres. They are symbols of a responsive government, a healthier tomorrow, and a Punjab that puts its people first. With every new clinic opened, and every life touched, the Mann Government is reinforcing its belief that quality healthcare is not a privilege, it’s a right.
