PFC Dividend 2025: PSU announces dividend along with Q4 results, check record date and other details

State-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has declared its financial results for the quarter ended March 31. According to an exchange filing, the Maharatna company has  reported an 11 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit. The net profit has surged to Rs 8,357.88 crore from Rs 7,556.43 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal. The company has also decided to reward its investors with a dividend.
