Ashok Leyland Q4 Results: Net profit rises 38% YoY to ₹1,246 crore; announces 1:1 bonus share issue

Ashok Leyland reported a 38.4% YoY increase in consolidated net profit for the March quarter, reaching ₹1,246 crore, compared to ₹900 crore last year. Revenue from operations was ₹11,906 crore, slightly below expectations of ₹12,196 crore.
