The Higher Education Department, Odisha has decided to extend the SAMS Odisha +3 Admission 2025 registration window date. Now, applicants can apply for e-admission till June 1, 2025. To fill out the application form, candidates need to visit the official website of SAMS Odisha at samsodisha.gov.in.

According to the revised schedule, the window for OTP-based editing of the CAF for applicants who previously submitted the CAF will open on May 21 and end on June 1, 2025. During the same time period, applicants who have previously submitted their CAF can upload their +2/equivalent marks.

CHSE students' marks will be published immediately in the CAF based on the CHSE result database. However, candidates from other Boards must enter their marks in the appropriate spaces within the time frame specified.

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of SAMS Odisha at samsodisha.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the SAMS Odisha +3 Admission 2025 registration link.

Step 3: After this, applicants will have to register themselves and then fill out the application form.

Step 4: Now, make the payment of the application fee and then submit.

Step 5: Download the confirmation page and take a printout of the same for further reference.

Why this admission is conducted?

The government of Odisha has agreed to give 11.25% of the seats in UF courses at Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to people from the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC). This will begin with the academic year 2025–26 and will be managed by the Higher Education Department.

Seat allocation will be based on the selected Major in a single major, Major-1 in a double major, and General in three minors. Aside from that, all other subjects will be linked based on student requests and HEI counselling processes.
