Indore Man Consumes Poison After Wife Cheats With Gym Trainer; Emotional Video & 4-Page Suicide Note Recovered

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 40-year-old man from Madhya Pradesh’s Indore attempted suicide by consuming poison after finding out about his wife's alleged extramarital affair with a gym trainer in Indore.

He recorded a heart-breaking video and wrote a 4-page suicide note accusing his wife and her alleged lover of mental harassment and betrayal.

Fortunately, the man got medical assistance on time and is out of danger at present.

The incident occurred on Wednesday evening under the Aerodrome area. The disturbing video is also being circulated on social media and the suicide note has been seized by the police as an evidence.

According to police, the complainant has been identified as Dinesh Mishra, son of a retired police officer.

In his suicide note, Dinesh blamed his wife and her alleged lover and local gym trainer Mohammad Maqsood Khan, for destroying his life.

He claimed their affair began after his wife joined the gym where Khan worked. Dinesh said he had proof of frequent late-night calls and money transfers between the two.

‘Accused hid his religion’

He also alleged that Khan hid his religion to get close to his wife and termed the affair as ‘Love Jihad.’

“My family is ruined because of Maqsood Khan,” he wrote, explaining how the emotional stress and humiliation pushed him to take this step.

Dinesh also mentioned that he had gone to the police multiple times to complain about the harassment but was ignored. The Aerodrome police have now confirmed receiving complaints and are reviewing which officers were involved and what action was taken.

He also said he had video evidence showing his wife leaving home late at night and making video calls to Khan while asking Dinesh to leave the room.

The police have started an investigation and collected both the video and the suicide note as evidence. Senior officers are now looking into the case and have begun recording statements.
