Rain Alert: Meteorological Department has issued alert for 23,24,25 in Delhi NCR, know the condition of your state

Rain Alert: There is a possibility of thunderstorm and rain in the capital Delhi on 23 and 24 May. Due to which there is a possibility of relief from temperature drop and humidity. After this, it will be partly cloudy on 25 and 26 May, while on 27 May there may be light rain or thundershowers.

Rain Alert: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted thunderstorms and rain in Delhi on 23 and 24 May. Due to which the capital is expected to get relief from the heat. According to the department, partly cloudy sky with thunder and lightning is expected on 25 and 26 May, while light rain or thundershowers may occur on 27 May.

Heavy rain expected in Mumbai

In Mumbai too, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for 23, 24 and 25 May. In which there is a warning of strong winds and heavy rain. This warning has been issued due to the low pressure system formed over the east-central Arabian Sea off the coast of South Konkan and Goa, which may intensify further in the next 36 hours.

Heavy rain is also expected in Kerala. The department has issued an orange alert in Kannur and Kasaragod districts from 24 to 26 May, in Kozhikode and Wayanad on 25 and 26 May, and in Thrissur, Palakkad and Malappuram on 26 May. Apart from this, a yellow alert has also been issued in various districts of the state from 23 to 26 May.

Heavy rain alert in West Bengal

Heavy rains are expected in coastal areas of West Bengal from May 28, as a low pressure area is likely to form over the Bay of Bengal. The Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of rain with strong winds and heavy thunderstorms in some districts of West Bengal during the next few days. In Telangana too, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for May 23, predicting thunderstorms and lightning. Heavy to moderate rains have occurred at many places in the state and such activities are likely in the next few days as well.
