HC chides CMC commissioner for flouting court's stay order on vending zone at Law Varsity

The Orissa High Court has warned the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) of contempt action for flouting a stay order on the construction of a vending zone near Madhusudan Law University. The CMC Commissioner assured the court to enforce the stay and prevent further construction.
