Controversy Ahead of Release

Just days before hitting the screens, the film faced uncertainty over its release schedule. Maddock Films had initially announced a postponement, citing national security drills following Operation Sindoor and stating the film would premiere directly on Prime Video on May 16. However, the decision was reversed, and the film saw a theatrical release as planned on May 9. Despite the confusion, audience turnout has remained positive.

With growing word of mouth, Bhool Chuk Maaf may continue its strong run through the weekend.
