On Camera: Man Bites Off Retired Engineer's Nose Over Parking Dispute In UP's Kanpur

In a shocking incident from Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur, a man allegedly bit off a retired engineer’s nose over parking dispute.The injured secretary, left bleeding profusely, was rushed to a private hospital by his family. Meanwhile, police are investigating the incident.

According to reports, retired engineer Rupendra Singh Yadav, secretary of Ratan Planet Apartments in Naramao, received a call from resident Kshitij Mishra on Sunday evening. Mishra complained that another resident’s car was parked in his designated spot. Yadav instructed the security guard to resolve the issue, but Mishra insisted Yadav come downstairs.

Upon arrival, Mishra allegedly slapped Yadav before suddenly biting off part of his nose. Yadav collapsed, bleeding heavily, in the parking lot. The entire incident was captured on the society’s CCTV cameras.

Yadav’s children—Prashant, a scientist, and Priyanka—took him to a private hospital. Priyanka stated that the flesh from the front of his nose was severed, and he may require further treatment in Delhi.

Meanwhile, police registered an FIR against Kshitij Mishra at Bithoor Police Station based on Prashant’s complaint. Inspector Bithoor Prem Narayan Vishwakarma confirmed that the victim’s medical examination was conducted and an investigation is underway.
