‘I am a changed person who……’: Dhanashree Verma breaks silence after divorce with Yuzvendra Chahal

New Delhi: Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal’s ex-wife and dancer Dhanashree Verma has said that she has completely changed after the divorce. In March this year, the two confirmed their divorce, which came after months of speculation. Dhanashree said that she is now prioritizing herself, and is ignoring the negativity that was thrown at her after the divorce. Her aim now is to inspire others who are going through this phase.

Does not get bothered by negativity and trolling

In an interview with The Times of India, Dhanashree said that trolling does not affect her anymore as she has surrounded herself with such inner strength that external things do not affect her. She said that “negativity and public criticism” have never shaken her. Now she is focusing on herself, which includes self-love, discipline, exercise, good eating and being with positive people.

Dance became a medium to bring out emotions
Dhanashree told that in this difficult period, she has expressed her feelings through her dance. “I hope I have shown others how to make strength their armor and weapon,” she said. She also added that the recent challenges have made her stronger. “The biggest learning has been how important self-reliance is and that my parents have raised a strong daughter.”

Doesn’t want to clarify misunderstandings

Dhanashree says she is no longer interested in clarifying any kind of rumors or misunderstandings as it only leads to more speculation. “Love is the most beautiful aspect of life,” she said, but now she puts self-love above everything else.

Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahwash rumors

In recent weeks, there have been rumors that Yuzvendra Chahal is dating RJ Mahwash. The two have been spotted together several times and Mahwash has also made vague comments about these rumors on social media and in interviews. According to reports, Yuzvendra was targeted online when it came to light that he had to pay an alimony of around Rs 5 crore to Dhanashree. After this, Yuzvendra was seen wearing a T-shirt while leaving the court, which read, “Be your own sugar daddy”, which is being considered an indirect comment on this whole matter.
