VIDEO: Ugly Fight Breaks Out Between South Africa Bowler & Bangladesh Batter During Unofficial Test

An ugly fight took place between South Africa's Tshepo Ntuli and Bangladesh's Ripon Mondol during a four-day unofficial Test in Dhaka on Wednesday. According to ESPN Cricinfo, the match officials are set to take action against both but only after the on-field umpires have submitted an official report about the incident.

The incident had taken place for Mondol struck Ntul for a straight six. With Ripon walking towards his batting partner Mehidy Hasan, the former seemingly exchanged some glances with Ntuli. It's unclear if they exchanged any words but Ntuli charged towards him, with both umpires needing to separate as the situation kept escalating.

Watch the video below shared by a journalist:

Nabil Kaiser, one of the on-air commentators, said:

"This is extreme, this is unacceptable. Normally we see verbal altercations in a cricket field but we don't often see a scuffle. Ntuli struck Ripon's helmet at one point."

BCB and CSA to take action

As reported by ESPN Cricinfo, the on-field referees will submit a report about the incident to CSA and BCB, both of who are understood to take actions against the players.

On-field tensions also flared during the preceding ODI series between the two sides Andile Simelane and Jishan Alam received suspension following incidents between them.
