SC relief for phone-tapping accused T Prabhakar Rao, orders passport restoration

The Supreme Court instructed central authorities to restore the passport of T Prabhakar Rao. This enables him to appear before investigators in the phone tapping case. The court granted this relief to allow the accused to return from the USA. Rao must appear before the investigation officer within three days of receiving the order.
