Young generation of Transco should prepare for the vision of a developed India by 2047: MD Sunil Tiwari
Engineer Sunil Tiwari, Managing Director of M.P. Transco, held a dialogue program at the Jabalpur headquarters with the company’s finance officers, legal officer, assistant engineers posted at various Jabalpur offices, programmers, HR managers, and junior engineers. He stated that the young generation of M.P. Transco should work with the central government’s "Developed India 2047" vision in mind. By doing so, not only will the company maintain its unique identity, but it will also make a significant contribution to national development. He emphasized that the struggles of the present generation will serve as guidance for future generations.
Emphasis on adopting proactive and innovative thinking
Engineer Sunil Tiwari said that the coming times will be filled with many challenges. Therefore, each officer and employee will have to work with a proactive and innovative mindset in teamwork. He urged all personnel to adopt a multidimensional and positive work approach.
Work according to field requirements:
The Managing Director also noted that headquarters officials need to adapt their working style to meet the requirements of the field. This is the era of outsourcing; hence, even the small problems faced by contractors and outsourced employees should be taken seriously and resolved on a priority basis.
Participation of 83 personnel; suggestions were also taken:
Around 83 personnel from the headquarters participated in this dialogue program. Feedback was taken from the officers, and various suggestions were discussed. The program was conducted by Superintendent Engineer Mr. Sunil Yadav and Mr. R.K. Sharma. Both officers also shared their thoughts on the need and usefulness of such dialogues.
