CM Mann, Kejriwal to hold road show in favour of Arora today
To support AAP candidate Sanjeev Arora in the upcoming Ludhiana West bypoll, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal will be holding a road show in the city on Friday.
The VVIPs would be coming in a chopper and reach the helipad of the Punjab Police Academy, Phillaur, from where they will come by road to Sarabha Nagar in the city.
The starting point of the road show would be Aarti Chowk. It will be started around 12 noon and afterwards, all VVIPs will move towards Ghumar Mandi while leading the road show, which is expected to be over by 1 pm, if everything goes as per the schedule.
After the road show, AAP candidate Sanjeev Arora will file his nomination papers.
Talking to The Tribune, AAP candidate Sanjeev Arora said after the road show, he will file the nomination. “Since it will be a hectic day, I will start the day with the blessings of the Almighty and visit a gurdwara and temple with my family and supporters. Throughout this time, there has been tremendous support from all quarters, will thank God for the same,” Arora said.
