Delhi HC rules in favour of Amazon, says earnings from cloud services not taxable: ‘Customers do not acquire any right…’
The Delhi High Court has ruled in favor of Amazon, stating that cloud payments from Indian entities are not subject to royalty or fees for technical services under Indian tax law or the India-US Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement.
