OnePlus 13s Tipped To Launch In India At Rs 55,000: Check Out Release Date

OnePlus 13s Price: OnePlus is all set to unveil its latest premium smartphone, the OnePlus 13s, in India on June 5, and leaks are already setting the stage for what could be the next popular compact flagship. Slated to sit between the OnePlus 13R and the flagship OnePlus 13, the 13s is expected to hit Indian shelves with a price tag of around Rs 55,000, according to well-known tipster Yogesh Brar, in collaboration with 91Mobiles.

While official pricing and configuration details remain under wraps, this leak places the 13s neatly between the OnePlus 13R (launched at Rs 42,999) and the OnePlus 13 (Rs 69,999). If accurate, OnePlus could be strategically targeting users who want flagship-level features in a smaller form factor without going all-in on the highest-end model.

Smaller Size, Big Ambitions

OnePlus has already confirmed a few key specs ahead of the official launch. The OnePlus 13s will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip from Qualcomm, making it the first OnePlus phone to feature this chipset. The company has also revealed that the phone will feature a dedicated Wi-Fi chip for enhanced connectivity and stability.

In terms of size, the 13s will house a 6.32-inch display, positioning it as a more compact sibling to the OnePlus 13 and 13R, which come with 6.82-inch and 6.78-inch screens respectively. This marks a notable shift for OnePlus, as it's catering to users who prefer more manageable devices without compromising on power.

Plus Key Replaces Alert Slider, AI Features Teased

Perhaps the most intriguing design update is the introduction of the “Plus Key”, a reprogrammable button inspired by Apple’s Action Button. This will replace the iconic alert slider, offering more customisation options to users.

The company has also teased that the OnePlus 13s will come with a 32-megapixel front camera, aimed at selfie enthusiasts and content creators. As AI becomes a core part of smartphone experiences, OnePlus is integrating its new AI tools into the device. These features will be powered by a combination of on-device processing and a private computing cloud, aimed at ensuring privacy while delivering smarter user experiences.

OnePlus has not yet revealed the RAM/storage configurations or colour options for the 13s. However, the device will be available for purchase via Amazon India and the official OnePlus website once it launches.

With a launch just days away, the OnePlus 13s is shaping up to be a compelling option for users seeking flagship power in a smaller, smarter package.
