Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav Flags Off Women’s Bike Rally ‘Ahilya Vahini’ In Bhopal (WATCH)

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Madhya Pradesh witnessed a grand event on Friday as a statewide women's bike rally named 'Ahilya Vahini' was organised in capital city Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav flagged off the rally from the Shaurya Smarak.

Speaking at the event, the CM highlighted the importance of women in Indian culture. He said, “In Sanatan culture, women have always been given the highest respect. This rally is not just an event, but a symbol of women’s strength, self-reliance, and changing social mindset.” 

He also congratulated the police, sports department, and all supporting organisations for successfully executing the rally.

Several dignitaries attended the event, including Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Sarang, MSME Minister Chaitanya Kashyap, Backward Class and Minority Welfare Minister Krishna Gaur, and MP Alok Sharma.

The rally route began from Shaurya Smarak and passed through New Market, Roshanpura, Jawahar Chowk, Atal Path, Platinum Plaza Square, and Vyapam Square, before returning to the starting point.

PM Modi to Interact with Women in Bhopal on May 31

State BJP President VD Sharma informed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bhopal on May 31 to attend a special event. He will directly interact with women, celebrating the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’, an initiative aimed at women's safety and empowerment.

VD Sharma also mentioned that various events are being held across Madhya Pradesh to mark the birth anniversary of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar, with a large number of police officials, school children, and people from different sections of society expected to participate.
