Indore Shocker! Man Finds Dead Rat Frozen Inside Real Fruit Juice's Tetra Pack
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 35-year-old man discovered a dead rat frozen inside an online-ordered tetra-pack of Real Fruit Juice. The matter came to fore through a video going viral on social media on Friday.
The chilling revelation has sparked public outrage and raised serious concerns about product safety and e-commerce accountability.
The disturbing video surfaced on the internet, prompting the victim to file a complaint in Consumer Court, demanding strict action against the company.
Though it is yet to be determined if it is a manufacturing fault by the company or storage fault by the local store operator.
According to information, Vikas Goswami, a local gift shop owner from Indore, ordered two tetra packs of Real Fruit Juice from Flipkart on May 1. He reportedly received his order on May 4.
The family, including his wife and seven-year-old son, consumed one of the packs over a week without any inconveniences.
However, upon opening the second pack, they immediately sensed something was abnormal.
After catching sight of the shocking contents, both his wife and son vomited and were taken to a doctor for consultation.
Planning to register legal complaint, video goes viral
Vikas said he recorded a video of the rat in the juice packet before disposing of it. The footage is now circulating on social media, drawing public outrage.
Such incidents have gotten frequent at present with similar complaints surging online each day.
