1 dead, 1 injured as car parking lift collapses into 7-metre pit at Borivali high-rise

A tragic incident occurred in Borivali West. A car parking lift collapsed at Om Prathamesh Building. Shubham Madamlal Dhuri, aged 30, died in the accident. Sunjeet Yadav, 45, sustained a head injury and was hospitalized. Fire personnel rescued both men from the 7-metre-deep pit. Police and fire officials are investigating the cause of the lift collapse.
