What Is True Happpiness? A Journey Of Pleasure, Peace, And Purpose
Happpiness is not just a personal pursuit; it is a spiritual responsibility. In a world where most people suffer, those who have awakened to the truth and consequently, to true happpiness carry a sacred duty—to share that light and joy with others. True happpiness, is rooted in spiritual awareness and it is meant to be lived, shared and multiplied. One who is in a state of spiritual happpiness must become a beacon to show others the way to bliss and peace. Happpiness and light are interrelated – it is the light of the truth that leads us to true happiness.
As you see, I have spelled happiness as happpiness, with 3 Ps. This is to remind us that happpiness is not pleasure which comes from material things. Pleasure is only the first P of happpiness. The other two Ps are Peace and Purpose. True happpiness, thus, is pleasure (which comes from material things), peace (which comes from contentment and fulfillment) and purpose (which comes from Enlightenment).
Spiritual happiness thus, arises from a place deeper than material pleasure or fleeting success. It is the joy of being and living in consciousness of the truth. It is realizing the purpose of life — we are not the body, mind and ego. We are the Soul, a Spark Of Unique Life, a part of the Supreme Immortal Power we call God. Our ultimate goal is to become one with God. This is Enlightenment. Spiritual awakening. When we experience this ultimate happpiness, we radiate peace. We live in a state of Satchitananda—truth consciousness bliss. Our presence itself can become a source of bliss, healing and comfort for those around us. In this way, happpiness becomes service—an offering to the world.
To guide others toward light is not about preaching. It’s about being who we are and living as who we are — Divine Souls. It means embodying the principles of oneness, love, kindness, patience, compassion. People don’t need more lectures on how to be happpy—they need living examples of what happiness looks like in action. They need to see how peace can be maintained amidst chaos, how purpose can liberate us from suffering and how true Divine love can transform people and lighten the heaviest burdens. This responsibility calls for presence. We must walk alongside people, not ahead of them. And most importantly, we must continue our own journey of growth so that we remain rooted in truth. Only then can we genuinely help others rise.
Spiritual happpiness is contagious, but only when it’s real. It comes not from avoiding life’s hardships, but from transcending them with awareness. It comes from transcending the body, mind and ego and the suffering created by the three. When we recognize our happpiness as a spiritual responsibility, we become instruments of the Divine trying to spread joy in a suffering world, trying to help eradicate the darkness of ignorance that most of us live in.
In the end, happpiness becomes not a goal, but a way of being. It is a lamp we carry not only to light our own path, but to illuminate the way for others. This is the true essence of spiritual service: living in happpiness and guiding others toward their own light.
