3 men arrested for posing as Delhi Jal Board officials and duping victims through fake app

In Delhi, three men from Jharkhand were arrested for posing as Delhi Jal Board officials and deceiving residents. They threatened disconnection of water services due to alleged meter reading issues, tricking victims into downloading a malicious app. This app allowed the criminals to steal banking credentials, resulting in fraudulent withdrawals from the victims' accounts.
