Crystal McKinney, who had sued Sean 'Diddy' Combs, has now filed an amended complaint against Harvey Weinstein. She accuses Weinstein of assaulting her and a friend in 2003. McKinney claims Weinstein plied them with alcohol in a hotel room. She alleges he grabbed her chest and ripped her top. Weinstein then allegedly forced them into sexual acts.
