Free Aadhaar Update Ends June 14, Charges Apply From June 15
Mumbai: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has extended the deadline to update Aadhaar details for free. Residents now have time until June 14, 2025, to make changes online without paying any fee. The earlier deadline was December 14, 2024, but now users have six more months to complete the update.
Charges Start From June 15
After June 14, 2025, any updates to Aadhaar will cost Rs 50 per request. This fee applies to updates done at physical Aadhaar centers. The same amount is already charged for offline updates.
