Resolve complaints received at resolution camp on a priority basis: Panchkula DC to officials
Deputy Commissioner Monika Gupta, during a government-directed resolution camp held today at the auditorium of the Mini-Secretariat, instructed the Panchkula DCP to investigate and submit a report regarding a complaint filed by Vinay Dhiman, a resident of Baltana, concerning the collection of money in the name of land, but failure to register the property.
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) also stated that the main objective of holding these camps was to ensure the prompt resolution of public grievances in the district. She said Haryana Chief Minister of Nayab Saini was personally monitoring complaints heard at these camps.
She further informed that resolution camps were being organised across the district every Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm for addressing citizens’ concerns.
These camps facilitate on-the-spot redressal of complaints related to family ID, property ID, land registration, building map approval, pensions, ration cards, public distribution system, crime, electricity and water-related issues, among others.
Today, the DC heard grievances of 21 residents from the district and directed officials concerned to resolve issues on a priority basis.
Present on the occasion were Additional Deputy Commissioner Nisha Yadav, SDM Chandrakant Kataria, City Magistrate Vishwanath and officials and staff from various departments and Municipal Corporations of Kalka and Panchkula.
