A two-day manhunt that left Minnesota in the United States on edge ended with the arrest of Vance Luther Boelter, who is accused of shooting two state lawmakers and their spouses. He killed senior Democratic assemblywoman Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark at their home on Saturday. He also allegedly shot and injured State Senator John Hoffman and his wife.
