What if Michael never faked his death in GTA 5?

GTA 5's gripping narrative hinges on Michael De Santa's fabricated death and FIB deal. Had this deception not occurred, the game would be drastically different. Trevor likely would have killed Michael, or both would have perished in North Yankton. Michael's suburban life, family, and mentorship of Franklin would cease to exist.
