WWE RAW: Liv Morgan Injures Shoulder During Bout Against Kairi Sane, Future Matches In Doubt; Video
WWE Superstar Liv Morgan has suffered a shoulder injury during the latest episode of WWE RAW, putting her future matches in doubt. The injury happened during her singles match against Kairi Sane, where she seemed to hurt her shoulder mid-match and needed medical help backstage.
This couldn’t have come at a worse time. Liv was in the middle of a major storyline, possibly leading to a big match at events like Night of Champions or even the all-women show Evolution 2. She had recently started feuds with Iyo Sky and even interrupted Nikki Bella’s return, hinting at some big rivalries ahead.
Reports say Liv dislocated her shoulder, which may keep her out of action for some weeks. WWE will now have to change or delay some of their plans for her. There’s a chance that other stars like Nikki Bella or Roxanne Perez may step into the spotlight while Liv recovers.
This is not the first time Liv has faced injuries, but this one might force a longer break. Fans now hope she gets well soon and can return stronger to continue the exciting storyline she was a part of.
WWE RAW: Goldberg Confirms Date Of His Final Match Upon Return, Set To Face Gunther For World Title; Video
The latest episode of WWE Raw saw the return of legendary Goldberg who confronted newly crowned World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. The face-off ended with Goldberg issuing a bold challenge for a one-on-one match at Saturday Night’s Main Event, set to take place on July 12 in Atlanta.
Gunther, who recently captured the World Heavyweight Title for the second time by defeating Jey Uso, had just addressed the WWE Universe about his championship triumph. The Austrian powerhouse also called out Seth Rollins, the current holder of the Money in the Bank contract, signalling his intent to face all challengers. However, before he could continue, he was interrupted by the thunderous arrival of Goldberg.
‘Da Man’ reminded Gunther of their tense encounter at Bad Blood and wasted no time throwing down the gauntlet. The challenge was quickly accepted, and the blockbuster match was officially confirmed for next month’s premium live event in Goldberg’s hometown of Atlanta.
This bout will mark Goldberg’s first match in over three years. The WWE Hall of Famer last competed in 2022, when he fell short against Roman Reigns in a high-stakes clash. Now, with the spotlight firmly on him once again, Goldberg is looking to make a thunderous statement against one of WWE’s most dominant modern-day champions.
