A single phone call can stop Israel-Iran war, says Iranian FM…

Israel-Iran war: A single phone call from US President Donald Trump can stop Israeli attacks on Iran and put an end to the Israel-Iran war, which has been raging for the last five days, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said. In a post on X, the Iranian diplomat said that Trump must ask Israel to stop the assault if he was indeed sincere about diplomacy and ending the conflict.

“If President Trump is sincere about diplomacy and interested in preventing this war, the next steps will be consequential. Israel must stop its aggression and if military aggression against us continues, our responses will continue,” Araghchi wrote. He noted that all it would take for the war to stop and rein in someone like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is “one phone call” from Washington.

“This could open the way for the return of diplomacy,” he added.

Trump demands Iran’s ‘unconditional surrender’

Meanwhile, Donald Trump has seemingly changed his stance on the Israel-Iran war situation, as the US President demanded an “UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER” from Iran, and told reporters that Tehran cannot be allowed to have nuclear weapons.

“Iran should have signed the ‘agreement’ I told them to sign. What a shame, and a waste of human life. Simply put, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. I have said this over and over again! Everyone must evacuate Tehran immediately!,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
