Sebi reforms focus on PSU delisting, startup Esops, easier path for foreign investments in govt bonds

Sebi has allowed startup founders to retain ESOPs after IPOs, okayed voluntary delisting for PSUs, and granted equity-like status to Reits and InvITs. It also simplified QIP disclosures, provided greater flexibility for AIF co-investments, and eased rules for foreign investment in government bonds.
