Case against Hyderabad IT firm for theft of intellectual property; ex-executives accused of launching rival AI company, poaching engineers

Madhapur police have filed a case against an IT company, AppsTek Information Services, and three executives for allegedly stealing intellectual property. ImageVision.ai, a spin-off from AppsTek, claims its former VP, Greenu Sharma, started a rival firm, SquareRoots.ai, offering similar AI solutions after hiring 12 ex-employees.
