BSF transforms day into vibrant symbol of harmony, resilience
The Punjab Frontier of the Border Security Force (BSF) marked International Day of Yoga-2025 with a message of unity across all headquarters, units and border outposts. A series of yoga sessions were conducted, including a grand event at Frontier Headquarters and at Attari-Wagah joint check-post, special yoga activities were held in the morning. At Joint Check Post (JCP), Attari, Dr Atul Fulzele, Inspector General, BSF Punjab, along with 1,100 participants, including BSF personnel, Army officials, students, local dignitaries and residents of border villages joined in to practice yoga.
Experienced yoga instructors conducted sessions following the Common Yoga Protocol, demonstrating various asanas and pranayama techniques while emphasising their physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
A spokesperson for BSF Punjab said that the wholehearted participation in this global initiative reaffirmed its role as a guardian of both the nation’s frontiers and its collective well-being, transforming Yoga Day into a vibrant symbol of harmony and resilience.
