King’s College, medical assn mark International Yoga Day in Rohtak

International Yoga Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at King’s College India, in association with the Indian Medical Association (IMA) Rohtak. The event witnessed presence of Dr Arun Narula, senior patron; Dr Arti Sahu, president of IMA Rohtak; Dr Arjun Narula, secretary of IMA Rohtak; and members of the IMA. Representing the host institution were Aman Narwal and Disha Narwal, board members of King’s College India.

Renowned doctors from Rohtak also joined the celebration to promote awareness about the ancient practice of yoga and its vital role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The yoga session was conducted by Sangeeta, a skilled instructor who led participants through a calm and enriching experience. Her guidance helped highlight the true essence of yoga — not just as a form of exercise, but as a holistic journey towards a healthier body, a balanced mind and inner peace.

King’s College India extended thanks to IMA Rohtak for their continued efforts and yearly initiatives aimed at encouraging fitness and well-being in community.
