1 dead, 16 injured in head-on collision between bus and truck on Nemawar-Khategaon Highway; vehicles seized, probe underway

A Meenakshi Travels bus collided head-on with a container truck on the Nemawar-Khategaon Highway. The bus driver died at the scene. Sixteen passengers sustained injuries. Authorities transported the injured to Khategaon Civil Hospital. Two seriously injured individuals were referred to a larger hospital. Police seized both vehicles. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
