When will the banks be closed this week?
According to the bank holiday calendar of RBI, banks will be closed for three days between 23 June and 29 June 2025. If you have to do any work by going to the bank branch like depositing a check, getting a draft made or opening an account, then it would be better if you finish your work before 27 June. Because banks will be closed across the country on June 28 and 29 and in some states there is a holiday on June 27 as well. However, online services will continue to run 24×7.
28 June (Saturday) – Fourth Saturday, banks will remain closed across the country.
29 June (Sunday) – Weekly holiday
27 June (Friday) – Banks will remain closed in Odisha and Manipur on the occasion of Rath Yatra/Kang
Banks will remain open on 27 June in the rest of the states. That is, if you live in Odisha or Manipur, then banks will remain closed for three consecutive days from Friday to Sunday.
