Gopalpur gangrape case: NHRC takes suo motu cognizance, seeks reports from Odisha Chief Secy & DGP

The NHRC has taken suo motu cognizance of the Gopalpur gangrape case, demanding reports from Odisha's Chief Secretary and DGP on the investigation and victim's condition within two weeks. Meanwhile, the Director General (DG) of the Crime Branch expressed that substantial evidence has been found from CCTV footage and seized mobile phones.
