Rashmika Mandanna creates a remarkable box office history by becoming the only Indian actress to have three consecutive Rs 500 blockbusters. His recent release Chhaava, alongside Vicky Kaushal broke all the records and became the eight Indian film to hit Rs 500 crore at Hindi box office.

The Laxman Utekar directorial earned over Rs 516 crore in Hindi and a cumulative of Rs 522 crore across India, making it Rashmika’s third consecutive blockbuster to achieve this milestone.

Rashmika Mandanna etched her name in box office’s history

Before this epic release, Rashmika starred in a Pan India action film, Pushpa 2: The Rule, that became the third-highest grossing worldwide. The Hindi version of the Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer earned Rs 830 crore, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

Meanwhile, Rashmika previously starred in Rs 2003 action film Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga film earned around Rs 505 crore in Hindi, and Rs 556 crore across India, emerging as the biggest A-rated blockbusters in Indian cinema.

Interestingly, Rashmika Mandanna has surpassed other leading actresses like Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor who have entered Rs 500 crore club in their careers. Deepika gave two blockbusters, Pathaan and Jawan, alongside Shah Rukh Khan. While, Priyanka Chopra crossed Rs 500 crore mark globally with Krrish 3 and Bajirao Mastani, Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 achieved the Rs 500-milestone last year.

Moving ahead, Rashmika continues to break more records with her filmography. She is recently seen in Shekhar Kammula’s Kuberaa, alongside Dhanush and Nagarjuna. The actor will be gearing up next for Cocktail 2, opposite Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor. It will interesting to see Rashmika collaborating with Luv Ranjan for the first time, marking her incredible presence felt in the popular franchise.
