Shares Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd gained on Wednesday, i.e. June 25, 2026 after the company informed exchanges about an order from the Madhya Pradesh government. The stock opened at Rs 149.95 on the NSE against the previous close of Rs 147.73. It jumped further to touch the high of Rs 154.48 – a gain of 4.56 per cent from the closing price of the last trading session. In between, it touched the low of Rs 149.90. The stock is trading higher than the 5-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages.

The stock touched its 52-week high of Rs 205.40 on September 26, 2024, and its 52-week low of Rs 86.10 on June 27, 2025. The company’s market cap is Rs 3,435 crore.

Wins Order From Madhya Pradesh Government

“Company has secured a prestigious order for an approx 16 MW on-grid solar rooftop project from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., Department of New and Renewable Energy, at various locations in Madhya Pradesh,” the company said in an exchange filing.

As part of the order, the company will be tasked with designing, supplying, installing, and commissioning on-grid rooftop solar systems, with individual capacities ranging from 1 kilowatt (KW) to 500 KW. The total cost of the project is Rs 60 crore.

The order, which needs to be executed within five months from the issuance of the work order, is a testament to Servotech’s efficient project management and execution capabilities.

Quarterly Results

Servotech Renewable Power System has demonstrated significant financial growth, posting a two-fold rise in net profit to Rs 7.71 crore in the March quarter, driven by higher revenues. This growth trajectory is a promising sign for the company’s future.

It had reported Rs 3.45 crore net profit in the January-March period of the preceding 2023-24 financial year, the company said in a filing on Wednesday.

The company’s revenues increased 8 per cent to Rs 147.46 crore in the fourth quarter from Rs 136.65 crore in the same period last fiscal, indicating a steady and stable financial performance.

For the entire FY25, total revenue increased by 91 per cent to Rs 676.80 crore from Rs 355.26 crore in FY24.
