Cyberabad crackdown: AV Infracon chief held for Rs 8 crore scam; fake land, flat schemes duped investors

Cyberabad EOW arrested AV Infracon's chairman, Gogula Lakshmi Vijaya Kumar, for allegedly defrauding investors of ₹8 crore. He lured them with high-return real estate schemes, including land buy-back offers and pre-launch flat sales. Despite agreements, investors received neither plots nor refunds, leading to his arrest in Ongole.
