According to the information received so far, a total of 20 people including the driver were travelling in the bus.” Three passengers have died in the accident and seven are reported to be injured. At the same time, 9 people are missing.

Garhwal Divisional Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey said, “One person has died and seven people have been injured after an 18-seater tempo traveler fell into the Alaknanda river in Gholthir of Rudraprayag district. SDRF, police and administration teams are present on the spot for rescue operation.”
