Gautam Adani To Attend Jagannath Rath Yatra Today In Puri
As the vibrant and deeply spiritual Jagannath Rath Yatra commenced in Puri on June 27, 2025, lakhs of devotees from across India and around the world have gathered in the holy town of Odisha to witness the grand procession of Lord Jagannath.
Among the attendees this year is also Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, who is set to arrive in Puri today. The Adani Group chairman has already reached Bhubaneswar and will soon proceed to the temple town to offer his prayers and be part of the revered celebration. He is also expected to participate in preparing, serving, and consuming the Prasad Seva at ISKCON Kitchen later in the day.
The annual Rath Yatra, spanning 12 days, is one of the most significant religious events in the country, attracting countless pilgrims who come to participate in the divine journey of Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra as they travel in ornately decorated chariots.

Adani Group Launches 'Prasad Seva' Initiative for Devotees
The Adani Group also initiated 'Prasad Seva' in Puri yesterday, aimed at serving clean and nutritious meals to the enormous influx of pilgrims. This large-scale food distribution effort mirrors the group’s initiative during the Maha Kumbh.
Sharing his thoughts on Instagram, Gautam Adani posted, "This divine journey starting from today is the moment when God himself comes among his devotees and gives them darshan. This is not just a journey, but a unique celebration of devotion, service and dedication.
