Towns like Manali and Kullu are witnessing landslides, overflowing rivers like the Beas, and crumbling roads. The situation in Dharchula and Rudraprayag is dire, with boulders raining down during landslides and vehicles trapped under debris in Vijaynagar. Authorities have urged residents and pilgrims to exercise extreme caution, avoid travel to sensitive regions, and remain indoors.
