Invicta Diagnostic raises Rs 60 million in pre-IPO funding round

New Delhi: Invicta Diagnostic Limited, an innovative diagnostic chain offering comprehensive radiology and pathology solutions under the brand name ‘PC Diagnostics’, announced the successful closure of its pre-IPO funding round, raising Rs. 60 million from marquee investors at a valuation of Rs. 600 million.
Socradamus Capital Private Limited is the advisor and the sole Book Running Lead Manager to the IPO. The pre-IPO round was led by Grobiz SME Opportunities Fund and saw the participation of several prominent angel investors.
The company offers a one-stop solution for pathology and radiology testing services such as imaging (including radiology), pathology/clinical laboratory and tele-radiology to customers under the brand name “PC Diagnostics” through its extensive operational network, which consists of seven diagnostic centres and one centralised laboratory across Mumbai Metropolitan Region in the state of Maharashtra. It offers a comprehensive range of approximately 60 routine and 487 specialized pathology tests and approximately 96 basic and 130 advanced radiology tests that cover a range of specialties and disciplines, as of May 31, 2025.
Invicta Diagnostic operates in a ‘hub and spoke’ model across Mumbai Metropolitan Region either directly or through strategic joint ventures with its subsidiaries, whereby specimens are collected across multiple locations within a catchment area or region for delivery to the reference centres for diagnostic testing. The operational network of the company includes a flagship centre located in Thane, which is the ‘main hub’ and equipped to conduct all of pathology specimens collection, basic and advanced radiology tests; 3 other hub centres through the subsidiaries, which are equipped to conduct all of pathology specimens collection, basic radiology tests and advanced radiology tests; 3 spoke centres including 2 spoke centre through the subsidiary, which are equipped to conduct a majority of basic radiology tests and certain pathology specimen collection; and 1 centralised laboratory co-located with one of the spoke centre.
The company is promoted by the industry veterans Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain, a consultant radiologist with 15+ years of experience; Dr. Sanket Jain, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, a consultant radiologist with over 7 years of experience; and Mr. Rohit Srivastava, who is designated as Chief Financial Officer, brings with him 20 years of experience in investment banking, wealth management and healthcare industries.
