Odisha Govt Appoints Mirdha Toppo as Special Secretary to CM

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday announced the appointment of OAS officer Mirdha Toppo as the Special Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.

The General Administration and Public Grievance Department of the Odisha government has issued a notification in this regard.

Prior to this appointment, Toppo served as Project Director of the District Urban Development Agency (DUDA) in Keonjhar.

“Shri Mirdha Toppo, OAS (SS), PD, DUDA, Keonjhar is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Chief Minister, Odisha”, read the notification.
