IBPS PO Vacancy 2025: Registration begins for 5,208 posts, check eligibility, deadline, important dates here
IBPS PO Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has opened the registration window for the Probationary Officer/Management Trainee (PO/MT) 2025 recruitment. The candidates who are preparing for the examination can submit their applications online by visiting the official website – ibps.in. The applicants must note that the last date to apply and pay the application fee is July 21. For the convenience of the candidates, we have mentioned important details below.
Available Vacancies-
About 5,208 vacancies cumulated by various participating banks are available with Bank of Baroda with 1,000 vacancies, Bank of India with 700 vacancies, Bank of Maharashtra with 1,000 vacancies, Canara bank with 1,000 vacancies, Central bank of India with 500 vacancies, Indian overseas bank with 450 vacancies, Punjab national bank with 200 vacancies and Punjab and Sind bank with 358 vacancies. Indian bank, UCO bank, and Union Bank of India are yet to disclose their vacancies.
Eligibility-
Candidates must be between the age bracket of 20-30 years on July 1st 2025 with exceptions due to relaxation of Upper limit for candidates with reserved categories.
Candidates much also hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline recognised by the University Grants Commission of India (UGC). Candidates also are advised to have a satisfactory credit history at the time of joining. Banks may cancel offers if the credit report is not updated or if adverse remarks are not resolved before joining.
IBPS notified, “Those candidates whose CIBIL or other similar agencies has not been updated before the date of joining, have to either get the status updated or produce the NOCs from lender to the effect that there is no outstanding with respect to the accounts adversely reflected in the report, failing which the letter of offer may be withdrawn / cancelled. The final discretion in this regard remains with the allotted Bank,”.
Application form fee-
Unreserved candidates are required to pay a sum of Rs. 850 and candidates reserved under SC’ST/PWwBD are required to pay Rs. 175 for the application.
