Telangana factory blast: Sigachi company says reactor didn’t trigger explosion, confirms 40 deaths, 33 injured; announces Rs 1 crore ex gratia per victim

Sigachi Industries addressed the Pashamailaram factory accident. The company stated the explosion was not due to a reactor blast. Forty employees died and over thirty were injured. Sigachi will provide compensation to the deceased's families. Injured employees will receive medical support. Plant operations will be suspended for ninety days. The company is cooperating with investigations into the incident near Hyderabad.
