Popular travel vlogger and YouTuber Passenger Paramvir is known for his unfiltered vlogs and travel tales from all across the world. Nevertheless, the vlogger is currently making headlines for a devious incident from his recent tour to Kazakhstan. The vlogger and his friend allegedly faced racism from the locals of Kazakhstan. The incident occurred during sightseeing, where the vlogger accused a local of mistreating his friend named Shakti.
In his 55-minute vlog on YouTube, Passenger Paramvir shares his journey in Kazakhstan and experiences of sightseeing around Kolsay, Kaindy, and Charyn Canyon. At around 46 minutes in the vlog, Paramvir shares the recent racism his friend faced near Kaindy Lake.

He explains that Shakti was approached by a local photographer who captures tourists's pictures near the lake and charges them for the Polaroids. The photographer first noticed Shakti wearing 'a sacred kada and kalava' in his hand and asked him if he was a Muslim. Shakti then replied to him that he is a Hindu. The photographer then made some derogatory gestures and comments to Shakti by pointing to his groin and pants. Furious, Shakti and Paramvir could not confront the local and walked back to their vehicles.

He said, "I've been in this country for over a week now and I have realised that people here are racist towards Indians and specifically Hindus." Further he added, "I have never faced racism in my life. I have travelled in 120 countries but never faced any racism. The day before yesterday, a Russian taxi driver started shouting in Russian, how you got into my taxi, Indians can't sit in my taxi. Even though we did not know Russian language, our co-passenger who was a Russian explained us."
