Kolkata: Two municipal workers killed and one injured after tree falls in howrah corporation office premises

In a tragic incident at the Howrah Municipal Corporation, a large eucalyptus tree collapsed, killing two municipal workers, Umesh Mahato and Nur Mohammad, and injuring another, Dinesh. The accident occurred early Wednesday morning near Chairperson Dr. Sujay Chakraborty's office. Initial investigations suggest recent rain and wind may have loosened the soil, leading to the tree's collapse.
