‘Huge explosion and smoke everywhere’: 3 dead in African Union helicopter crash in Somalia; investigations under way

A military aircraft supporting the African Union mission crashed at Mogadishu airport. The incident occurred during landing, causing a fire. The aircraft was arriving from Balli-Doogle Airfield.
